Customer 1st Communications was founded with the customer as the primary focus of our business. We do not cut corners, nor leave until the work is completed. Completed as specified and to our customer's satisfaction.

Our Core Competencies include Systems Integration, Project Management/Consulting and Technical Services.

Systems Integration focuses primarily on telecommunications and Internet infrastructure. LAN/WAN configurations, voice integration, router and Internet server deployments and network design and implementation fall within Systems Integration. Please view our full list of offerings here.

Project Management/Consulting is a cornerstone of our company. The rapidly growing importance and complexity of network infrastructure compounded with the ever-increasing rate at which our businesses evolve often cause the simplest of tasks to become overwhelming in the face of deadlines and budgetary concerns. Customer 1st Communications' experience and methodologies can rapidly turn chaos into success.

We provide proven methodologies and Project Management for the initial project analysis, detailed documentation of assumptions and customer/business requirements, timeline and budget development and the synthesis of the overall plan. Once the plan is complete we manage the project implementation, vendor interfaces, contract labor and continuously monitor service providers (telecommunication carriers and local phone companies in many cases) to ensure timely and proper delivery on all phases of the project. The end result - the timely, on budget completion of the project.

Technical Services focuses primarily on services in conjunction with our other lines of business. Network Planning, Technology Inventory Management and Special Projects are just a few of the Technical Services we offer. In every instance, we provide the Project Management to ensure proper, timely delivery of all project elements.

Customer 1st Communications maintains ongoing relationships with preeminent hardware and software manufacturers, Local Exchange Carriers (LECs), Interexchange Carriers (IXCs) and nationwide backbone providers to better assist our customers.

Our technical expertise, vendor relationships and proven service methodologies allows us to provide a total solution for our customers.
