Project Management/Consulting is a cornerstone of our company. The rapidly growing importance and complexity of network infrastructure compounded with the ever-increasing rate at which our businesses evolve often cause the simplest of tasks to become overwhelming in the face of deadlines and budgetary concerns. Customer 1^st Communications' experience and methodologies can rapidly turn chaos into success.

We provide proven methodologies and Project Management for the initial project analysis, detailed documentation of assumptions and customer/business requirements, timeline and budget development and the synthesis of the overall plan. Once the plan is complete we manage the project implementation, vendor interfaces, contract labor and continuously monitor service providers (telecommunication carriers and local phone companies in many cases) to ensure timely and proper delivery on all phases of the project. The end result - the timely, on budget completion of the project.

Technical Services focuses primarily on services in conjunction with our other lines of business. Network Planning, Technology Inventory Management and Special Projects are just a few of the Technical Services we offer. In every instance, we provide the Project Management to ensure proper, timely delivery of all project elements.

Customer 1^st Communications maintains ongoing relationships with preeminent hardware and software manufacturers, Local Exchange Carriers (LECs), Interexchange Carriers (IXCs) and nationwide backbone providers to better assist our customers.
