Where clients have multiple locations, C1C can network remote switching units back to the main PBX unit allowing full integration for internal calls and voice-mail functions that often results in substantial savings. Experienced in Nortel, NEC, Panasonic, Toshiba and Avaya, C1C assists in the systems requirements definition, vendor selection and procurement of the system. All aspects of the implementation are addressed including voice-mail and other specialized calling features. C1C also addresses the necessary infrastructure issues including cabling, uninterruptible power supplies for continuous system power should commercial power go out, protection against lightning strikes and other
environmental and administrative control issues. C1C also trains your employees in the use of the new telephone system and provides complete documentation of all installation details.

Warranty
All work is warranted for one year from completion. C1C is always available to assist should client requirements change.
